Always take probiotics now that I've passed 50, I bought an adjusted one.
It will undoubtedly be very good, but my body does not react well to it. I did get the impression that my intestines were a bit calmer, but I felt quite nauseous. To give my body a chance to get used to the substances, I continued for a while, but I started to feel increasingly ill. Now I have stopped. Unfortunately.

Ingredients
Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules
Bacterial preparation 2 x 109 cfu* in approximately equal proportions:
- Bifidobacterium bifidum
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Bifidobacterium longum
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Lactobacillus paracasei
- Lactobacillus salivarius
*cfu = colony-forming units
Ingredients
corn starch, mix of beef and pork gelatine, maltodextrin, natural PROTEIN ISOLATE, inulin, bacterial culture, potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, fructo-oligosaccharides, manganese sulphate.
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules per day, for a short period, unless otherwise advised.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Add the contents of the capsules to lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and preferably drink on an empty stomach.
Storage
Close the packaging carefully after use, store dry and at room temperature.
Contains a desiccant sachet as a quality guarantee, not suitable for consumption.
