Rich sources of MSM include onions, garlic, cruciferous vegetables, as well as protein-rich foods such as nuts, seeds, milk, and eggs (both white and yolk). A significant portion is lost during cooking through the extractor fan.

Per tablet:
MSM 1000 milligrams.
Full composition: ylsulfonylmethane, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax).
The product contains no yeast, sugar, lactose, preservatives, or synthetic colour, fragrance, and flavouring agents.
This product is hypoallergenic.
1 tablet per day, preferably taken with a meal.

Therefore, MSM is always created in a laboratory (by reacting dimethyl sulfoxide with hydrogen peroxide and then purifying it).
MSM-1000 is perfectly absorbed by the body and recognised as a naturally occurring nutrient.
