I've been using this magnesium for years. It's a lifesaver for me.
This product is very effective. It is delivered quickly and offers good value for money.
A glass bottle that was very well packaged. Everything arrived perfectly and was delivered quickly.
We use it in combination with protein powder in our shakes after exercising. This combination ensures good recovery and an overall feeling of fitness! No chemical additives or other rubbish either! Pure product! Very satisfied!
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I feel fitter than before, but yes, prove that it’s because of this product and not the spring sunshine! I will continue to use it; magnesium seems to be a scarce ingredient in today’s food. Good luck!

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
High doses of magnesium may have a laxative effect.

On 07 may 2018 by Customer serviceHowever, entirely plant-based and with the same magnesium compound (citrate), are our Magnesium Citrate tablets and Magnesium Citrate Powder. Alternatively, if you prefer capsules, then Magnesium Citrate from Essential Organics Pure is also an option. This also contains exactly the same dosage (125 mg of magnesium per plant-based capsule) with a small amount of vegan vitamin D added.

On 27 march 2018 by Customer serviceAn adult human weighing approximately 60 kg can take three capsules a day. For a dog weighing around 20 kg, one capsule per day can be given.
However, magnesium does not influence anxiety. It does not have a relaxing effect unless there is a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is simply a mineral that our bodies require daily for the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
Directly relaxing is the Stressless dog. This formula contains calming herbs such as valerian. It also contains a small amount of magnesium (30 mg per scoop).

On 22 august 2016 by Customer serviceDo the headaches and fatigue consistently disappear if you skip taking the capsules for a day or several days, and do they return immediately when you take a capsule again?
It could be that you have an intolerance to citric acid (although you would likely experience similar reactions with many other products, as citric acid is present in a wide variety of foods). If this is the case, you might consider switching to, for example, Magnesium Taurate or Magnesium Bisglycinate.
