Each tablet contains 55 mg of amino acid-bound magnesium. Magnesium-55 also includes the B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, and B9 (folic acid).
Magnesium, along with other minerals, is involved in bone formation and muscle function. Magnesium supports the maintenance of strong teeth and helps reduce certain forms of fatigue.

I always buy vitamins and such from Orthica. A tad pricier, but definitely good and free from unnatural fillers.
Since I started taking this, no [.....] anymore.
A product that is truly beneficial, I will continue to use this. I was always tired, a bit [.....], shall we say vague complaints. I am already noticing an improvement, and with continued use, it will only get better. I also had a slight deficiency in folic acid, which has been resolved immediately, superb! Brigitte.
Magnesium 55 received It was an incorrectly placed order on our part. We intended to order magnesium 400. A phone call later, and everything was sorted. The small tablet makes this product suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing, such as the elderly and children. Organic-bound magnesium is easily digestible and therefore also very suitable for the elderly.

On 25 october 2010 by Customer serviceMagnesium-55 contains solely amino acid-bound magnesium, which is absorbed significantly better than the magnesium oxide found in Magnesium-400. However, you will need to take a considerable number of tablets to reach 600 mg. In contrast, Magnesium-55 not only contains magnesium but also B vitamins and iodine, which limits the maximum daily dosage to 4 tablets.
To achieve 600 mg of magnesium per day, it is best to take 3 tablets of Solgar's Magnesium Citrate. Magnesium citrate is particularly well-absorbed and does not require digestive activity.
