What is the size of these capsules, as I can't swallow large capsules?

If you find it difficult to swallow larger capsules, you might consider carefully piercing the softgel and mixing the contents with something like yoghurt or a smoothie. Do be aware that the taste can be somewhat oily. You can also hold the softgel in your mouth with a sip of water for a moment, which often makes swallowing easier. Sometimes, taking the softgel with a spoonful of yoghurt, custard, or applesauce can help as well.
