This tablet has just that little bit extra. Handy when iron alone isn't quite enough. Multivitamins generally contain little iron. Just one tablet that contains everything I need. Nothing more, nothing less.
I had various complaints, shortness of breath and blurred vision, an iron deficiency. Within a week, my complaints had disappeared.
The tablets are easy to handle, not too large. No adverse effects such as constipation. I take them every other day to supplement. When levels are sufficient, you can also take them once a week. Good balance and dosage, including other minerals and vitamins.
After my delivery, I had a very low haemoglobin level. I received 'regular' iron tablets from the GP. Due to bowel issues, I started taking iron-25. I alternated every other day. At the time I was using that, my bowel problems had already improved significantly. Since I switched to only iron-25, my bowel movements have been perfect and my haemoglobin has steadily increased. I will definitely continue taking it as long as I am breastfeeding!

Ingrediënten
Vulstof (microkristallijne cellulose, dicalciumfosfaat, vernette natriumcarobxymethylcellulose), mineralen, vitaminen, antiklontermiddel (stearinezuur, magnesiumzouten van vetzuren, talk), glansmiddel (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, carnaubawas).
De aanbevolen dosering voor volwassenen is 1 tablet per dag, tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd.
Bij voorkeur innemen tijdens of na een maaltijd.
Niet innemen met koffie, thee of melk, maar bij voorkeur met vruchtensap.
Dit voedingssupplement is niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 1 jaar.
Natuurlijke ingredienten kunnen zorgen voor variatie in kleur.

Can this supplement be taken in combination with Vitakruid B12 Combi 6000? Regarding the amount of vitamin B. Thank you in advance!
On 21 january 2020 by Customer serviceThe Iron-25 complex from Orthica and B12 Combi 6000 can be safely combined. There is no established maximum safe upper limit for vitamin B12 as it is a very safe vitamin. Additionally, the Iron-25 complex contains only 50 mcg, which is negligible compared to the 6000 mcg in B12 Combi 6000.
Can I take the iron-25 complex alongside the adrena complex? Or will I then be consuming too high a dosage of vitamin B?
On 02 april 2019 by Customer serviceThis combination is perfectly fine. The total amount of vitamin B6 comes to 22 mg, so this remains below the maximum upper limit. As for the other vitamins and minerals, the combination is excellent.

When the cause of fatigue is not exactly clear, it is better to take a general, well-balanced Multi Vitamin Complex daily rather than an iron tablet. A multivitamin also contains iron, but in a lower dosage.
