Enzyme Complex

Wheat flour is not added separately as an ingredient. Two of the enzymes are derived from/contain wheat flour.
It is not possible to specify exactly how much that is.

The input values of the enzymes themselves are:
Cellulase: 5 mg
Lipase: 1 mg

The manufacturer states that the Enzyme Complex should not be used during the breastfeeding period.

Chew your meals thoroughly. Avoid talking while eating. Yes, enzymes such as those in the Enzyme Complex can cause complaints if there are already existing issues such as a stomach ulcer or perforation of the intestine. This could lead to pain in the upper abdomen.

Blood in the stool is unlikely to be caused by enzymes, but it can indicate a condition in the stomach or intestines. It is therefore important to inform your GP about this immediately.

When dealing with flatulence and sensitive bowels, it is primarily important to examine your eating habits. The use of digestive enzymes should be seen as a last resort. Our body can produce all the necessary enzymes without much difficulty. The problem is that our eating habits often make it very difficult for our bodies.
