I probably had a significant vitamin B deficiency.
As always with Vitaminstore, I am pleased with my purchase; it does exactly what it claims to do.
I was always very tired and since I started taking this, I feel much fitter. I also recommended it to my brother and since then he has been taking it too.

folic acid (calcium methylfolate) (Metafolin®) 400 mcg

biotin 24 mcg
choline bitartrate 100 mg

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 30 mg
Ingredients: filler (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), vitamins, inositol, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine), PABA, maltodextrin.
Contains no gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colourings, flavourings, and fragrances.
Suitable for vegetarians.
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

I also use the multi 50 plus from this brand. If I take this B combo as well, will I then have an excess of B?
On 26 june 2023 by Customer serviceYou won't have an excess of B vitamins. Even when taking both supplements, you're still below the safe upper limit of intake.
I am actually looking for the active form of just B1 (thiamine pyrophosphate) but I can't find it anywhere. Do you have that in your range or is this the only one?
On 07 august 2019 by Customer serviceThiamine pyrophosphate is not permitted in dietary supplements within the European Union. Not that there is anything wrong with the substance, but the EU compiled a list of approved compounds a few years ago, and no new variants are being added for the time being.
I just checked to see if there is an American website that sells the substance, but I couldn't find anything. I saw a Thiamine Pyrophosphate product from the brand Metabolics on Amazon, but it turned out to be unavailable.
