Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, tricalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Bambusa vulgaris/Bambusa arundinacea extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, stearic acid, talc), vitamins, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax)
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
