Pleasant to use and delivers good results
I have used this probiotic twice over a period of time and notice that my stomach is a bit calmer. I did experience some windiness at the start of use, but this quickly subsided.

Ingredients
Rice concentrate starch, inulin, DigeZyme® (enzyme complex), papaya extract, pineapple bromelain, calcium-bound fatty acids, vegetable capsule: HPMC (gastro-resistant).
The probiotic capsules are free from lactose, gluten, and soy and contain 13 different probiotic strains:

- Lactobacillus lactis

I have taken the probiotics from Orangefit for the first time. I'm experiencing diarrhoea and a somewhat bloated feeling. I've already been to the toilet about 5 times. Is this normal after the first day? How long do the side effects last? Normally, I go to the toilet once every two to three days.
On 27 february 2025 by Customer serviceIt certainly takes 3 months for your intestines to find the right balance. Going once every two to three days is too little. Are you intolerant to anything that you know of? Milk or soy? If not, then I would definitely persevere for 2 weeks, and if nothing changes, you might be better off switching to another probiotic.
Hi, Is it harmful to skip a few doses (3 days in a row) and then resume the course? I'm away for the weekend and forgot the pills, but I can't find any information about this. Regards, Esmee

Probiotics are live bacteria meant to supplement your gut flora, but they don't build up in your body like some medications. It's perfectly fine to resume your course once you're back from your weekend away. Enjoy your trip and if you have any other questions, feel free to email us.
