I had purchased the large cup years ago. It works perfectly, especially because it contains a separate whisk (ball). Since multiple people are using the cup, I ordered the smaller one, but unfortunately, it lacks the separate whisk and now comes with a sieve. I could take the separate whisk from the large cup, but that's a bit of a hassle if it's already in use.

I have this shaker bottle in the large size and it is perfect to use. I personally use it for water. This way, I stay hydrated, and I also use it when exercising. It usually sits on my bedside table at night in case I get thirsty. It also goes well in the dishwasher, and when I want to use it again, it seals properly and doesn’t leak.

Unfortunately, I still often have lumps in the shake, despite the sieve. The shaker from Royal Green works significantly better; I have never had lumps with it. Furthermore, it is easy to clean and handy.
