Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and the maintenance of normal bones, and helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles.
NutriVit D3 liquid contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Consuming vitamin D3 is much more beneficial for the body than taking vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol).
