Excellent quality and quick delivery.
Serrapeptase is one way to break down biofilm. The first few times I used it, I also experienced a significant reaction from the biofilm that opened up. Now, my health is making progress and I have positive responses to serrapeptase.

On 24 may 2018 by Customer serviceFurthermore, different laws apply to labels in Europe than in America. Therefore, the jars available in the Netherlands will always look a bit different from those sold in America. In some cases, the capsules are shipped in bulk to the Netherlands and then packaged here. This is significantly more cost-effective than importing pre-filled jars.
I noticed a slightly different image at the wholesaler (still somewhat different from the American packaging) and have just added that to our product page for the Serrapeptase Nutramedix. I have also updated the text (ingredients).

A significantly stronger option is the Elvitaal Serrapeptase with 40,000 IE per capsule.
There are no exact recommended dosages known for the mentioned complaint. The American doctor who popularised serrapeptase generally applies dosages between 100,000 and even 500,000 SPU spread throughout the day and always on an empty stomach. Therefore, with the 40,000 IE variant from Elvitaal, you could take three capsules per day, bringing the total to 120,000 IE.
