May contain traces of coconut and palm kernel oil.
Once daily, take 4 drops, preferably with food. Shake well before use.
Store in a cool (but not refrigerated) and dry place.

Hello! Can I give these vitamins to my 5-month-old daughter? And if so, what dosage should I use?
On 26 july 2021 by Customer serviceYes, you can. She can have 4 drops per day, which is 10 mcg. The maximum safe dose is 25 mcg per day.
On 07 june 2018 by Customer serviceThe safe upper limit for vitamin D is 100 mcg per day, which equates to 40 drops.
A higher dosage per drop is our Vitamin D3 Liquid 25 mcg. You could take 3 or 4 drops of that per day (75 to 100 mcg of vitamin D3).
