Purchased on the recommendation of a friend. This one seemed the most reliable to me, as it is well absorbable. If it helps against {***} in combination with Zinc, that's a nice bonus, isn't it?
I bought it to combat [.....] on my elbow and back of my head. So far, it hasn’t helped with that, but to my surprise, it has worked for [.....]!! I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks, but I noticed the effect after just a couple of days, probably due to the direct contact of the quercetin with the intestinal wall.
Quercetin with Bromelain by NOW contains no less than 400 mg per vegetarian capsule. Additionally, it contains bromelain to support the absorption and effect of the quercetin. Quercetin is found in red wine, grapefruits, onions, apples, black tea, leafy greens, and beans, among other sources.

Contains per vegetarian capsule:
Quercetin (dihydrate) 400 mg
Bromelain (1000 GDU) from pineapple 100 mg
Other ingredients: cellulose, rice flour, magnesium stearate, and silica. Suitable for vegetarians.
1-3 times daily 1 Vcap 20 minutes before the meal. In case of a sensitive stomach, it may be taken during the meal.
