It is possible that the taste may vary slightly from batch to batch. Papaya chewable tablets should not be crumbly; it seems that moisture has come into contact with the tablets. We advise storing the enzymes in a dry place. Chewable tablets are more sensitive to moisture than regular tablets or capsules."
The jars we sell on our site come directly from a wholesaler, and the wholesaler obtained them directly from the Dutch distributor. The jars have not been in a shop and have been stored in a cool, dry space.
The enzymes themselves are very stable, so the efficacy of the product should still be good. Given the presence of the antibacterial peppermint oil, spoilage is unlikely. The tablets actually contain no ingredients that can spoil, although they may swell and become crumbly due to exposure to humid air. Therefore, I believe the tablets should still be usable.
