NOW's Omega 3-6-9 1000 mg contains a balanced blend of flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, canola oil, blackcurrant oil, and pumpkin seed oil.

Per 2 softgels, this product provides 900 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid), 530 mg of omega-6 fatty acids (linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid), and 350 mg of omega-9 fatty acids (oleic acid). Additionally, it contains 220 mg of other oils (short-chain, saturated phospholipids etc.).

No, the capsule wall of the Omega 3-6-9 1000 mg softgel is made of gelatin. In general, the capsules and softgels from NOW are not vegetarian.

A good vegetarian source of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids is the liquid Omega Advanced Blend 2:1:1 150 ml (fatty acids, vegetarian). Regarding omega-3 fatty acids, the Omega-3 Vegan EPA-DHA is recommended.
