Water, Solvents (Glycerine), Alcohol (6% vol), Fructose, Sweetener (Xylitol, Melatonin), Natural orange flavour, Natural flavours, Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Acidity regulators (Citric acid, Malic acid), Lemon oil.
Take 1 drop undiluted 30 minutes before bedtime or add to water or fruit juice. Shake before use.
Store in a cool (but not refrigerated), dry place, out of reach of young children.

On 12 february 2021 by Customer serviceThe maximum dosage of melatonin we can recommend for children is 1 to a maximum of 2 drops per day, equating to 150 mcg per drop. A dosage of 300 mcg is effective for short-term use in children and is only used when there is a valid reason for it.
