Ingredients
MCT oil (medium chain fatty acids from coconut oil/palm kernel oil).
Usage
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once daily, preferably during a meal. MCT oil can also be used as a salad dressing. Not suitable for heating.
Store in a dry, closed place at room temperature.
