Ingredients
GABA, Capsule shell (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking agent (Rice flour), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide), Fatty acid, Vitamin.
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach with some fruit juice, for example.
This product contains a maximum of 3 mg vitamin B6 and is therefore not suitable for children under 1 year (mandatory warning text).
Consult your health professional, doctor, or pharmacist if pregnant, breastfeeding, in doubt, or taking medication (especially antidepressants).
Store in a cool (but not refrigerated) and dry place.

Hello, I have been using Gaba from Now Foods for about 6 weeks now, one in the morning (not on an empty stomach) and one before bed, and I've never had such a headache before. Could this be a side effect? Besides, I don't feel any better from it, so I'm wondering why I should be taking it. Can I stop taking it just like that, or do I need to taper off?

Dear, I occasionally take oxazepam for a while when needed. Can I take GABA alongside it? I would love to hear your thoughts. Kind regards
On 22 august 2023 by Customer serviceHi Karolien, our advice is not to take GABA and oxazepam simultaneously; however, you can use GABA on the days you are not taking oxazepam. We recommend always seeking advice from your treating physician, therapist, or pharmacist.
On 02 september 2018 by Customer serviceA break of about two weeks from use is sufficient. During those weeks, you could consider using valerian, ashwagandha, and/or L-theanine.
It is better to continue using St. John's Wort if necessary. Additionally, magnesium can be taken throughout the year alongside all the mentioned herbs and substances.
With valerian, it is sometimes recommended to take breaks, especially if it is a high dose (which is not the case with the Trust drops from Go4Balance). During the break, you can use ashwagandha and/or L-theanine.
