Dear Sir/Madam, How should this product be taken, before or after meals, and with what liquid?

It is best to take the Devil's Claw extract capsule with a glass of water. Take one capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening. It does not matter whether this is on an empty stomach or with a meal. Do what you find most comfortable and practical.
