One of the few that has the right combination of Calcium with magnesium for me without additional additives like vitamin D or Zinc. Moreover, it also offers good value for money.
I have been using this product for several years now. I started using it because I often experienced [.....] in my calves at night. I now hardly have any issues with that. If I don't take the product, I notice it within a few days, as I then experience [.....] at night again.
On the recommendation, I bought this calcium/magnesium product from Now. My son has been taking it for some time because he is allergic to, among other things, cow's milk. With this product, I am sure he is not getting unnecessary other substances.

Magnesium (80% oxide, 10% magnesium bisglycinate, 10% citrate) 250 mg 66.6%

Full composition: Minerals, Filler: cellulose, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Stearic acid, Sodium croscarmellose.
