Can I use this supplement in combination with: super magnesium, spirulina, chromium, and beef collagen? And an iron elixir course? Or do these supplements clash with each other?
On 19 may 2025 by Customer serviceYes, you can safely combine NOW Bromelain with the mentioned supplements. There are no known interactions between these supplements. Bromelain works best on an empty stomach if used for immune support or inflammation. If you're taking it for digestion, then take it during the meal. Iron is better absorbed if you don't take it together with magnesium or calcium. Ensure there's at least 1 to 2 hours between taking your iron elixir and, for instance, the magnesium supplement or collagen.
Can the capsule be opened to take half a dosage per day? For instance, mixed with yoghurt.
On 22 may 2025 by Customer serviceIt's not a problem to open the capsules. However, do bear in mind that bromelain is an enzyme with quite a pronounced taste, which can be sharp or bitter. For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take bromelain on an empty stomach unless stated otherwise. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.
I see that I have ordered Bromelain 500, but it should be Quercetin with Bromelain. Can this still be changed? I ordered it today and paid with a 25% discount + vitamin C 1000, which is fine.
