Hello, can these capsules be opened so that the powder can be dissolved in drinks/food?

Yes, the Ascorbyl Palmitate 500 mg capsules consist of two halves that can be separated. However, there is also ready-to-use powder available from the brand AOV: 333 Vitamin C as Ascorbyl Palmitate.

This is comparatively much more economical than the same amount of ascorbyl palmitate in capsules.

100 capsules of 500 mg = 50 grams for £35.50, which is 71 pence per gram.

AOV: 60 grams for £25.50 = 43 pence per gram.
