Background: I am a 37-year-old man and primarily a vegetarian. I have tried various options here, but so far this is my favourite multivitamin. With this one, I feel that it gives my immune system and energy levels a boost. And they are affordable.

Why has Now chosen not to include vitamin A in this product?
On 01 february 2020 by Customer serviceNow has opted for a natural source of vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene, derived from the microalga Dunaliella salina. Beta-carotene is also known as provitamin A and is converted by the body into vitamin A as needed. This way, you never run the risk of consuming too much vitamin A.
Is there yeast in these tablets?
