Due to a system switch, I had to wait an unusually long time for my order. Instead of the 1-2 working days as stated on the website, it only arrived after 1.5 weeks. Of course, it was still within the 30 days promised. However, it is rather frustrating when you need to take the product alongside a specific diet. I did receive an apology email after a week, but the promise mentioned in it was not fulfilled. Quite disappointing.
