Usage
as a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 tablets daily during the
meal with water or liquid, unless otherwise advised.

Adults need at least 1000 mg of calcium per day. For those over 50, this is at least 1100 mg, and for those over 70, 1200 mg per day. Teenagers also need 1200 mg of calcium per day due to their significant bone development. Calcium is found in dairy products, (green) vegetables, nuts, and legumes.
