Good morning, I've been using Melissa Dream for a month now and I've really noticed a positive difference in terms of sleep and peace of mind. Can I continue using this product indefinitely for a long period? I take 2 tablets 1 hour before sleeping. Monique

However, as each body reacts differently, it's advisable to take a break after a certain period (for instance, after a few months). This allows your body to reset and helps maintain the supplement's effectiveness.

To test its effect, it is advisable to take at least 1 mg per evening, for example the Melatonin 1 mg. If you wake up in the middle of the night, you can also dissolve a tablet then, as long as you do not have to drive the next morning (melatonin can have a mildly sedative effect).
