Usage

Take 1 capsule twice a day, during meals.
Start 14 days prior to a sun holiday/sunny period. During the sun holiday/sunny period, you can switch to 1 capsule once a day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Take capsules with water.

This food supplement is not suitable for children.
This product should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Store in a dry and cool place.
