Inulin, magnesium citrate, marine magnesium, flavouring: natural fructose, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium carbonate, lemon aroma, magnesium pidolate, sweeteners: sucralose and stevia, colouring vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
1 to 2 times per day 1 stick, well before or after meals.
Take the contents of the stick directly into the mouth, possibly in two parts, without water. The powder will dissolve within moments.
Contains no gluten, yeast, lactose or preservatives.
Store in a dry and cool place.
