Magnesium: citrate and oxide, vegetarian capsule: hypromellose, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, pyridoxal 5 phosphate.
Initial dosage: 1 capsule 3 times a day.
Maintenance dosage: 1 capsule once a day.
Take at least one dosage before bedtime.
Swallow capsules with water.
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.
