microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate, anti-caking agent:
stearic acid, glycine*, taurine, stabiliser: rice starch, glazing agent:
hypromellose, humectant: glycerol, pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Initial dosage: 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Maintenance dosage: 1 tablet once a day.
Take tablets with water.

Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.

On 24 february 2025 by Customer serviceThis supplement provides 1.5 mg of vitamin B6 per capsule (4.5 mg per three capsules) in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which is well below the maximum daily dose of 21 mg. However, you may react strongly to it. Therefore, the advice is to stop using this supplement and see if the symptoms subside.
