Ingredients
Black cumin oil, blackcurrant oil, algae oil, capsule: bovine gelatin, humectants: glycerol and water, d-alpha-tocopheryl, colourant: copper chlorophyllin.
Initial dosage: first week 1 capsule twice a day. After one week, increase to 1 capsule three times a day (finish the pack).
Maintenance dosage: 1 capsule once a day.
Take capsules with water.
