Magnesium citrate, oyster shell (derived from SHELLFISH), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, nettle root extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, betaine HCl, glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, ascorbic acid, bamboo extract, ginger, rosemary extract*, bulking agent: silicon dioxide, sodium tetraborate*, glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and shellac, colourant: titanium dioxide, anti-caking agent: talc, humectant: polysorbate, menaquinone (derived from fermented SOY), glazing agent: beeswax, cholecalciferol, glazing agent: carnauba wax
Initial dosage: 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Maintenance dosage: 1 tablet once a day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Take at least one dose before bedtime and/or after physical activity.
Swallow tablets with water.
May have a laxative effect.
