New Care Black Garlic Plus

Black garlic is obtained through the fermentation of fresh white garlic. It owes its name to the dark colour that develops during fermentation. During the fermentation process, unique water-soluble sulphur compounds are formed, including alliin and S-allylcysteine. Black garlic has the same beneficial properties for the heart and blood vessels as white garlic. Compared to white garlic, black garlic has the advantage of being better tolerated and the pungent taste and odour are almost entirely lost during the fermentation process.
