Ingredients:
Deep sea FISH oil triglyceride concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), FISH gelatin, olive oil (Olea europea L.), seven-sea clover (Trigonella caerulea (L.) Ser.) & kale (Brassica oleracea L.) powder, humectants (glycerol, sorbitol), stabilisers (sunflower lecithin, white beeswax), sodium hyaluronate, L-ascorbic acid, water, zinc gluconate, freeze-dried microalga Tetraselmis chuii (contains negligible amounts of iodine), antioxidant: mix of rosemary and tocopherol-rich extract, D-biotin.

For adults, 2 softgels per day, with a meal.
