Fatty Acid Preparation

During and certainly after pregnancy (when you are breastfeeding), a wonderful addition to the standard multivitamins. Good for both mother and child!
Satisfied but have only been using it for a short time for a proper assessment
I take these pills for my pregnancy and I am pleased that this dosage exists for the pregnant women among us. I had to search for quite a while to find the amount of EPA that I was satisfied with. Previously, I had another brand that was no longer available anywhere. Later it was available online, but I chose this product instead. Unlike other fish oil pills, there is no issue with fishy burps. I do find the capsule quite large, but they all tend to be.
I am very pleased with these supplements. I am still breastfeeding my 6-month-old son and want to contribute to good brain development. There are very few supplements that contain more DHA than EPA.
easy to swallow and reassuring to know that my unborn baby is receiving all the necessary omega acids, as I am aware that my diet is somewhat lacking in that area.

I've been using the Minami MorEPA Plus DHA for years. Now I read that DHA is so important. I'm already going through menopause; is it worthwhile to switch to the MorDHA Original or what is the difference?

The MorDHA Original, on the other hand, contains a higher dose of DHA and is more focused on the brain, eyes, and hormonal balance. If you wish to focus on supporting your hormonal balance, then switching to MorDHA Original could be beneficial.
It contains rosemary extract. Isn't the use of rosemary extract generally discouraged during pregnancy? Is this product safe to use during pregnancy?

I haven't taken these for about 10 days, and I want to start again. Can I just finish the jar, or should I, for example, use it 10 days shorter due to the risk of oxidation? Can I smell if they are still good (upon opening), or is that not possible because of the strong lemon scent?

With these types of products, it is not possible to smell if they have gone off. Even aged fish oil will still smell like fish.
