A good supplement with the right balance. It always goes down well, you absolutely won't burp up the fish oil!
Good quality, no burps. I've been taking these for years and am very satisfied.
I have been using these supplements for at least a year and they are working very well for me. Initially, I used them only in the winter, but now I take them all year round. I've noticed that my skin issues have reduced.
scientifically proven that a gram a day of EPA and low DHA can assist with mood stabilisation; this is meant to be clean quality EPA, and at a good ratio. I would take two pills a day for the full mood benefit.
For years, I have wanted to take fish oil, but every time I try, I end up with spots within a week. So, it was a few days of taking it, then stopping again. I could hardly find any information on why this was happening. Until I stumbled upon an article suggesting that DHA might be the cause (not for everyone, though!). That's when I discovered MorEPA, which contains much more EPA than DHA, and guess what: I can take this without getting spots. It seems that the claim about DHA causing spots in some people is indeed true. In any case, I am absolutely delighted and feel fantastic, as I had already discovered the other benefits of fish oil (even an improved mood), but that skin issue was truly a showstopper. So, it really is a top product!

Ingredients
Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant: glycerol, natural orange flavour, antioxidant: blend of rosemary and tocopherol-rich extract.
For adults and children from 12 years, take 1-2 softgels per day with a meal with water.

On 28 august 2017 by Customer serviceOn 12 april 2017 by Customer serviceWhen comparing the most economical packaging of both products, a capsule of MorEPA Smart Fats costs 51 pence, while the Royal Green Omega 3 Fish Oil costs 50 pence per capsule. Therefore, there is little difference in that regard as well.
The MorEPA Smart Fats contains an added orange flavour, which may result in a slightly more pleasant taste and aroma.
Comparing the total quantities of EPA & DHA, we find that the MorEPA has a total of 590+130=720 mg. For the Royal Green fish oil, that is 530+160=690 mg.
There is certainly a case to be made for choosing the MorEPA. However, both are excellent products.

With a dosage of at least 250 mg per day, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function.
Both EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids primarily found in fatty fish. DHA can also be derived from certain algae.
Both products can be easily combined with MicroFlor. MicroFlor supports the natural gut flora. To support the immune system, you could combine it with extra vitamin C and zinc, for example in the form of Wellness Zinc Lozenges™.

The comment 'this is less favourable for the liver' may have been somewhat unfortunate. It simply means that the liver has to perform an extra step in the metabolic process. When you choose a TG supplement, this step can be bypassed.
Naturally, omega-3 fatty acids are found in the TG form. By esterifying fish oil, it is possible to increase the percentage of omega-3 fatty acids in the fish oil. To do this, the glycerol chain is removed from the TG. The "stripped" TG is then esterified with an ethyl group using ethanol to achieve a higher concentration of omega-3 fatty acids.
