Good morning, I use this product as a supplement to my diet. But how long can I continue to use it? The box states that it should only be used for a few months. However, the person who advised me on it, among other things regarding nutritional advice, said it was perfectly fine. I would like to know your advice. Thank you in advance, Raymond
On 09 september 2019 by Customer serviceThe dosage of 22.5 mg of zinc and 0.5 mg of vitamin B6 can be taken without concern throughout the entire year, if necessary. It is slightly more than the normal maintenance dosage of 15 mg of zinc per day, but still within the safe upper limit of 25 mg per day. Sometimes it is warned that long-term use of zinc increases the need for copper, but this is particularly relevant for dosages starting from 50 mg of zinc per day.
