Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 1 mg 71%*
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 25 mcg 1000%*
Melatonin 0.295 mg
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol), hydroxypropylcellulose, maltodextrin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate

1 tablet per day, to be taken half an hour before bedtime.
Store in a cool and dry place.

- Per daily dosage a maximum of 3 mg vitamin B6: This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.
- Per daily dosage more than 3 mg vitamin B6: this food supplement is not suitable for children up to 3 years old.

On 16 may 2021 by Customer serviceIt is advised against using Metasleep during the breastfeeding period due to the herbs contained in this product. These herbs can be passed to the baby through breast milk, and there is no safety data available regarding the effects of these herbs on infants and young children.
