MetaRelax® combines magnesium glycerophosphate in a comprehensive formula, supplemented with active B vitamins (B6, B9 (folate), B12), taurine and vitamin D. This formula is very well tolerated by the stomach and intestines, and it does not lead to habituation. In addition, the active vitamins B6, B12 and B9 (folate) do not need to be converted by the body and can therefore be absorbed directly.

Magnesium glycerophosphate, taurine, bulking agents: maltodextrin and hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, filler: magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and silicon dioxide, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), filler: dicalcium phosphate, folate (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
2 tablets per day.
Do not use in children under 10 years of age.
