Is it advisable to store this fish oil in the fridge once opened? We always do so, but I read above that it is recommended to keep it at room temperature. I thought oil was always better stored in the fridge; I do the same with my vitamin D liquid.
On 28 october 2022 by Customer serviceEskimo® fish oil is very stable in terms of oxidation. Eskimo® contains a patented blend of tocopherols (vitamin E) that ensure its antioxidant effect. Eskimo® does not need to be stored in the fridge, but it can be. It is normal for the solution to appear cloudy when stored in the fridge as the oil begins to solidify at low temperatures. This does not affect the normal functioning of the product. You can take the bottle of oil out of the fridge to bring it back to room temperature and then shake the bottle vigorously. The vitamin E in Eskimo® is a blend of natural tocopherols and helps to keep the product stable.
