Should I give my children, aged 3.5 years and 6 months, additional vitamin D drops alongside these omega 3 drops? Or do they contain enough vitamin D, making extra drops unnecessary?
On 05 january 2024 by Customer serviceThe Eskimo 3 kids Tutti Frutti contains 5 mcg of vitamin D3. The recommended daily intake is 10 mcg, with a safe upper limit of 25 mcg. It is advised to give your children an additional 10 mcg of vitamin D3 per day during the winter months.

I am looking for a high-quality fish oil supplement for my 4-year-old daughter. She does not eat meat/fish. I have tried many options, but she does not take them in capsule form. Do you have any experiences with this product or suggestions? Thank you in advance.
On 13 september 2019 by Customer serviceThe Eskimo fish oil is perfectly fine for a 4-year-old child. A daily teaspoon is sufficient. If she finds the oily aftertaste unpleasant, then follow it up immediately with a few sips of apple juice or orange juice.
