Easy to take

Great product for the dark winter months. It is tasteless, so you can take it just as it is or mix it into a drink or smoothie. I've been taking it throughout the winter.

Vitamin K2 36 μg, 48%

Ingredients
MCT Oil, Vitamin K2 (K2Vital® Delta, menaquinone-7 K2), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), D-alpha-Tocopherol (antioxidant).

Usage

Take 10 drops once a day or mix with a glass of water or juice.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K supplement if you are taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants) simultaneously.
