Once daily, 5 drops under the tongue or mix with a bottle or water.
Children aged 0 to 4 years: 5 drops per day (=10 mcg).
Children aged 5 to 10 years: 10 drops per day (=20 mcg).
This product is a food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
