Function of Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption in the bones. Additionally, it supports the normal functioning of the immune system, the normal functioning of the muscles, and is involved in the cell division process.
These capsules contain 75 mcg of Vitamin D3 (3000 IU). The added olive oil ensures better absorption of the Vitamin D3.
