100% Sunfiber® AG (hydrolysed guar gum). Sunfiber AG® is a registered trademark of Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd.
Take 1 level tablespoon (5 grams) per day with a meal or as prescribed by your therapist or doctor.
Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid and let it stand for a moment to allow the fibres to fully dissolve.
The fibres can also be dissolved in yoghurt, smoothies, or warm foods.
We advise you to drink plenty throughout the day (1.5 - 2 litres). If in doubt, consult your (GP) doctor.
