This is an excellent choice for those who prefer not to use animal-derived Omega-3 oil, such as vegetarians or vegans. The capsules are easy to swallow with a bit of water. Great product!

1-2 vegetarian capsules per day, swallow whole with water, preferably with a meal.
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep sealed.
