Organically Bound Forms of Magnesium
The magnesium variants in this product are organically bound forms of magnesium, which due to their high bioavailability, are absorbed more easily than inorganically bound forms of magnesium. Our daily diet generally contains mainly inorganically bound magnesium, as these are the forms found in the soil and absorbed by the plants we eat.

Magnesium citrate is a compound of magnesium and the citrate (citric acid salt).
