A good multi
One advantage of this multivitamin is that we have chosen to develop it in capsule form rather than tablet form. This has allowed us to use fewer excipients. The excipients used are entirely natural and derived from rice.
Claims:
- Biotin: Supports hair condition and helps keep the skin healthy.
- Folic Acid: Contributes to resistance against stress. Quatrefolic® is a patented product and a registered trademark of Gnosis.
- Vitamin A: Is good for vision and a strong immune system.
- Vitamin B-complex: Including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, crucial for energy metabolism, the nervous system, and red blood cell production.
