A good multi
One advantage of this multivitamin is that we have chosen to develop it in capsule form rather than tablet form. This has allowed us to use fewer excipients. The excipients used are entirely natural and derived from rice.
Claims:
- Biotin: is good for your hair and helps maintain healthy skin.
- Folic acid: Contributes to resistance to stress. Quatrefolic® is a patented product and a registered trademark of Gnosis.
- Vitamin A: Is good for vision and supports the immune system.
- Vitamin B-complex: Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells; vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells.
